Voice over the Internet (VoIP)
If you are using VoIP for the event audio, you must have speakers or headphones to listen and a microphone connected to your computer to speak.
- To test your audio, select Audio Wizard. from the Tools menu.
- A presenter must give you a microphone before you can speak.
- Raise your hand to request a microphone.
- To speak, hold down the CTRL or F12 key on your keyboard.
Telephone Conference Calls
If you are using a conference call for the event audio, the telephone numbers and access codes can be viewed during the session. The additional numbers below are for your convenience for international dial-ins.
The PASSCODE NUMBER is in the event invitation.
International Telephone access/Toll free numbers
To access your InterCall conference call or customer service/reservations from one of the following international locations using International Toll-Free Service, please follow these steps:
- Find the country from which you are calling and dial the ITFS number.
- You will be greeted by an English prompt to enter the U.S. domestic toll-free number for your conference call or the customer service/reservations number. Do not enter a 1 - just enter the 10 digit number
- After you enter the valid U.S. domestic toll-free number, you will be prompted to enter your participant or chair code. If you dialed a customer service/reservations number, your call will be directed to our customer service/reservations group.

Examples of third party originated calls include hotels, resellers, payphones and some business PBXs. Neither InterCall nor the offshore carriers can control the actions of third party providers and are not responsible for any charges incurred by using them. The ITFS numbers are provisioned for voice use only and may not be used for data.
